History
Corporate Edge was founded by Michael Takagawa, a former Fortune 500 corporate leader and company president. Prior to launching Corporate Edge, Michael held senior executive positions in prominent companies such as Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Kikkoman International, and Discovery Toys, where he succeeded in several key senior leadership challenges, including major business turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, global change initiatives, board of directors leaderships, and a successful company sale.
During his 20-year tenure as a senior executive, Michael often observed the need for trusted, expert guidance to support the needs of high-achieving executives. Responding to this need, he founded Corporate Edge and subsequently developed the Corporate Edge Executive Partnership methodology, which rapidly and thoroughly addresses the high-stakes needs of executive leadership and accelerates their performance while linking its work to specific company goals and strategic measurements.
Now with an accomplished team of 13, Corporate Edge continues to grow successfully and steadily.
