Bonnie Wentworth has a proven 20+ year track record of catalyzing desired change and producing results for individuals, teams and organizations. Building on a solid foundation of managing people, processes and services, Bonnie has coached and consulted with leaders of a number of Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized firms, and nonprofit organizations. A sample of her clientele includes Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Gap, Inc., and Charles Schwab.

Prior to joining the consulting ranks in 1998, Bonnie led a nationwide team as a director for Charles Schwab in San Francisco. As adjunct staff at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, Bonnie teaches, coaches, challenges and supports emerging leaders to develop influence, communication, coaching and leadership skills. Bonnie builds her coaching and consulting practice on a foundation of the power of well-informed choice and authentic influence. Bonnie is an engaging key note speaker on leadership and personal effectiveness.

With an undergraduate degree in classics and Master of Science in organizational psychology, Bonnie brings inquiry, rigor and discipline to bear in her client relationships. She is a certified Senior Professional in human resources and qualified and experienced in working with a variety of assessment and development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, 360 feedback, and Korn/Ferry Leadership instruments.
