Hana has 20 years of corporate experience and brings expertise in implementing organizational change and managing multi-functional teams. Her extensive experience in the corporate world, and her understanding of team and workplace dynamics, enables her to provide effective and actionable coaching and consulting for leaders.
Hana has coached leaders from the director level to CEO, across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services and high tech. Hana’s roster of distinguished clients includes companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of California, Roche, Charles Schwab, PENSCO Trust, Autonomy and McKesson.

Previously, Hana has held leadership positions at Charles Schwab, Oracle Corporation and Blue Shield of California where she was consistently recognized for her ability to work effectively in dynamic business environments, for building effective cross-organizational relationships, and for managing multi-functional teams. Early in her career she was a strategy consultant at Accenture where she became known for her ability to establish meaningful connections with clients at all levels in an organization, whether a CEO or a call center representative. She has expertise in product development, marketing and organizational development. Her extensive corporate experience enables her to understand the realities her corporate clients face and to develop leadership development and coaching programs that are focused on business results.
Hana graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Her professional coaching certification is from New Ventures West, where she actively mentors student coaches. A native of San Francisco, Hana lives in Oakland with her husband and two daughters.
