For the past 20+ years, Saara has worked extensively with executive and senior management, maintaining a strong focus on leadership development, successful organizational change, and improving bench strength at the senior leadership level through individual coaching. Her clientele includes public sector organizations, advanced technology companies, start-ups, as well as mature, global companies. Major professional accomplishments include:

Saara is an accomplished executive coach. For the last 15 years, she has coached executive men and women from a wide variety of backgrounds who share a commitment to deepening self-knowledge, leveraging personal strengths, and furthering professional growth.  Her systemic approach enables individuals to concurrently attend to their personal development while building their successful teams and functioning effectively within a larger organizational context. Saara has also created a unique leadership model that provides a framework tailored to the development needs of women in executive roles.

Saara has a specific passion for the success of executive women. Women often have unique leadership challenges and Saara has created models based upon years of coaching women leaders that focuses on women’s success in executive environments of all kinds.

Saara most recently was the President of Executive Development and a founding senior partner at Nosal Partners LLC.  There she built the Executive Development vertical from the ground up including setting the strategic vision and goals, designing and executing a business development strategy and creating a consulting network to support the company’s growth.

Saara designs and uses holistic, systems-based models and tools to understand an organization’s change readiness, employee engagement and leadership competencies and works at the individual, group and organizational levels for sustainable change.

Saara holds both undergraduate and master's degrees in Organizational Communication.  She is certified in: PDI 360 Executive and Leadership Assessments; Korn Ferry’s Executive Assessment Tools, Myers-Briggs Instrument; Interaction Associates Leadership, Teams and Facilitation Education; DDI Teams Training.
