Lori Ogden Moore specializes in high performance teams, leadership coaching and career development.  In addition to more than 20 years of prior corporate experience in marketing and communications, Lori brings a wealth of leadership development experience in the areas of strategic planning and insight, adult development and learning, social/emotional intelligence, innovation, coaching, and visual facilitation. Lori’s client partners learn to leverage their strengths and realize more of their potential to create impactful change in their personal lives, at work and in the world.

Lori has worked with senior leaders and entrepreneurs in technology, marketing, venture capital, finance, and healthcare. In the nonprofit sector she has supported the launch of a prominent museum and performed ongoing work with a major opera company. In the public sector she has engaged with leadership and innovation initiatives for the U.S. Army, U.S. intelligence and national politicians.

Lori has a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and has attained the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. She has an AB from Stanford University and an MPPM/MBA from Yale University. She is also a qualified provider of Myers Briggs and was trained at The Grove in facilitating high performing teams. Lori is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Survey.

In addition to her work with Corporate Edge, Lori heads OM Associates, a leadership development group Lori is a sought after speaker and workshop leader, and commutes between clients in New York and San Francisco.
