Kathi holds a Master of Arts degree in organizational development from The California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in public relations from the University of Michigan. She completed graduate level work in cross-cultural Studies at the Universite de Lyon while working in France.

An avid researcher of professional and personal development, Kathi is currently working on a book, Living by Design, created to help people navigate significant life and career transitions.
